Ivy Lodge Carp Fishery catch reports and updates blog. We hope the blog will interest you and help to keep you up to date with what’s happening on the banks.
All Members please feel free to send us your pictures and catch reports and we’ll try to add them to the next monthly reports blog. As well as your reports we’ll be contributing our own catches from sessions too.

🎄NOVEMBER/DECEMBER UPDATE🎄
That’s another year nearly over and what a year it has been with the brilliant summer and mild winter so far it will certainly be one for the record books and not repeated for a while I’m sure.
Fishing has been steady so far this winter and lots of 10lb+ fish have been coming out on a daily basis mainly to boilie tactics with Kipper boilies being the most popular bait.
Growth rates have been good this year and I have recorded some fish doing 2lb + this season which proves that all the hard work is paying off. Double figure carp up to 13lb are now coming out on a daily basis and I’ll say it again when you consider that 6 years ago these fish were only 2-3 inches I am extremely proud to have them do so well and it makes all the years of work worthwhile.
We have big changes coming this year and a few changes to our rules and how we run the fishery, so things can only get better and the future is certainly looking good.

Everything takes time and there is no quick fix or instant success in this job as many tried and failed in the past. I enjoy what I do and could not do it without the support of our loyal customers and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support and wish you all a Merry Carpy Christmas and Happy new Year.

DATES FOR THE DIARY
🎄The fishery will be open right through the holidays apart from Christmas Day.🎄
We will be closed for one week from Monday 4th February until Sunday 10th to allow for maintenance.
Night fishing will be available this coming year on a separate limited membership this will be on a first come first serve basis, please ask when your renewing your membership.
All members are reminded that the membership is due for renewal by the 28th February to guarantee places all membership must be paid in full by the 28th and after this date it will be first come first serve.
