Summer Arrives At Last

Fishing at Ivy Lodge has been on top form with many anglers catching up to 40 – 50 fish in a session on good days with best methods pole or feeder fished pellets, paste, maggots and corn.

With the fish having spawned at the start of June leaving the fishing to settle down and sport should remain steady from now on.

Recorded catches include John Oliver 50 + carp, tench and bream.

Nigel McKinney 45 carp, tench and bream on the pole.

Wayne Lunt 40 + carp and tench on the pole.

Darren Halley 25 + carp and tench on the pole.

Geoff McCreery with 50 carp and tench on the method feeder.
